Q01What does it cost?
Every show is different. A weekly interview podcast with three channels is not the same job as a monthly solo episode. That's why we don't publish a price list. After the intro call you get a fixed quote for your show, with a clear scope and no hidden extras.
Q02What exactly do you do?
Everything that turns your episode into social reach. We produce the clips, captions, and branding, schedule and publish them across your channels in your brand identity, and send you the monthly report. You send the recording, and that's your entire involvement.
Q03How much work is this for me?
Almost none. You send us the recording, and we handle everything after that, with nothing for you to review or approve. If you want to be more involved, you can be, but you don't have to be.
Q04How fast are the first clips live?
Typically within a few days of your first handover. Onboarding (connecting your channels, agreeing your look, and setting up the brand kit) happens once at the start and takes about a week. After that it runs continuously.
Q05What's the contract term and can I cancel?
We work in monthly billing periods and you can cancel to the end of any period. We don't do long lock-ins: if the work isn't earning its keep, you shouldn't be trapped in it.
Q06Who owns the content?
You do. Everything we produce for you, from clips and captions to artwork and posts, is yours, including the source files. If we stop working together, you keep all of it.
Q07Do I have to approve every clip?
No, and that's the whole point. We work within your brand identity and publish on our own, completely hands-off. You don't have to review or approve anything. If you'd still like a say on certain topics, we'll set that up, but the default is: you don't lift a finger.
Q08What if I already have an editor?
That's common and it's fine. We can take only the parts you want covered, for example clips and distribution while your editor keeps the main episode. We'd rather fit around what already works than replace it for the sake of it.
Q09Which platforms do you publish to?
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, whichever of them make sense for your audience. We don't recommend publishing everywhere by default; in the intro call we'll tell you which channels are actually worth your time.
Q10What happens in the intro call?
30 minutes, no obligation. We listen to your show beforehand, then talk through your goals and what we'd do with it. You'll leave with a concrete plan and a price. If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you, and that's a normal outcome.
